About the job
As a Business Analyst for Risk & Change, you will ensure the effectiveness and compliance of our risk management processes. You will coordinate 1LOD efforts on regulatory projects, including NBB inspections, by creating draft action plans, connecting with stakeholders, and ensuring timely task completion. Your role includes monitoring control reviews, managing branch-level control reviews, and maintaining our Risk & Control Framework.
Additionally, you will assist local teams in documenting processes, procedures, and instructions. You will register and follow up on risk events, execute Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs), and coordinate MRCC meetings as Secretary. You will also manage other risk-related processes, such as Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and oversee changes in our outsourcing framework following organisational or process changes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate 1LOD efforts on regulatory projects, including NBB inspections
- Monitor the progress of control reviews and manage branch-level control reviews
- Maintain our Risk & Control Framework
- Assist local teams in documenting processes, procedures, and instructions
- Register and follow up on risk events
- Execute Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)
- Coordinate MRCC meetings and take on the role of Secretary
- Coordinate other risk-related processes, such as Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
- Coordinate changes in our outsourcing framework following organisational or process changes
Your profile
To succeed, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field. You will have demonstrated experience in risk management, change coordination, or a similar role. Essential qualities include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in using risk management software and tools is also required.
