Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Business Analyst
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:
The primary task of the Retail Parts Management Analyst is to serve as a consultant to optimize the aftermarket profitability of John Deere's dealers and enhance customer experience. The main responsibility is to improve dealers' inventory levels by ensuring they stock the right parts at the right time and in the right place to serve our customers effectively.
To accomplish this, you will:

  • Develop business goals in collaboration with our dealers to optimize inventory levels and enhance ordering practices.
  • Cooperate with internal aftermarket stakeholders.
  • Create a clear action plan for the dealer and ensure its execution.
  • Negotiate with and influence decision-makers, focusing on aligned goals.
  • Deliver presentations and conduct business meetings with both external and internal partners.
  • Track and improve RPM metrics in collaboration with dealers in your area of responsibility.
  • Maintain, support, and adjust John Deere's ordering system.


Our requirements:

  • We need an excellent communicator in English, both written and verbal, who embraces challenges and enjoys working in a global, interdisciplinary team.
  • Experience in delivering presentations and influencing others toward a goal.
  • University degree with professional experience in business.
  • Experience in customer support.
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers.Solid experience in the business use of MS Excel.
  • Solution-oriented & result-driven mindset.
  • Very good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with data, driving conclusion from it.
  • Availability for business travels (25%).
  • Valid driving license (category B).
