Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will work with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specifications and utilize various tools and techniques to deliver high-quality analytical output.

You will collaborate with multiple product teams to deliver exceptional service, using cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Assist software development teams in designing and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Conduct analysis to support the development and expansion of software products.
Capture and document user stories, BDD cases, and acceptance criteria.
Map user journeys and process flows, performing gap analysis to suggest alternatives.
Document requirements and business rules using business and technical process flows, sequence diagrams, and user story mapping.
Define and prioritize the backlog with the product owner, leading refinement sessions.
Oversee quality control and testing, engaging in continuous discovery with clients.
Prepare and conduct training, facilitating the delivery of product changes.
Conduct functional, exploratory, and user testing as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services.
Experience in Agile environments with a consultative approach.
Skilled in product and user story mapping.
Ability to gather, organize, synthesize, and prioritize complex information.
Experience in continuous delivery and integration environments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Clear communication and presentation skills.
