ABOUT THE POSITION:

This ideal candidate will be driving BA responsibilities on projects, gathering and documenting requirements from clients and handling technical requirements to build out Salesforce solutions. Set up configurations to support what our developers will be doing in our engagements. Ideal candidates would have multiple administrator certifications like Admin, Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and  Platform Application Builder. Ideal candidates know the bounds of Salesforce capabilities and run with the work. Potentially client-facing. More senior resources would be expected to be billable on multiple engagements. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS (Other duties may be assigned.) 

  • We enjoy spending time together working closely with other local colleagues, and getting to know one another. This position requires to be onsite in our Villa Crespo's or Mar del Plata's office twice a week.
  • A fluent oral english level is required for this position

Business Analysis

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including personas, process diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications
  • Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase
  • Support quality assurance testing to ensure that systems meet business requirements
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users (when applicable and the the extent defined in the SOW)
  • Scrum/Agile Product Development exposure

Salesforce Expertise

  • Thorough understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns
  • Understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices to avoid scalability issues for enterprise as well as small to medium business usage
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce declarative programming tools and process automation.
  • Experience with configuration and data migration tools when going between Salesforce org (i.e. SF DX, Dataloader, Gearset, Force.com IDE, etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate development methodologies and trade-offs.
  • Remain current on Salesforce best practices, tooling, and upcoming features.
  • Ability to understand business and functional requirements and configure out-of-box solutions declaratively.
  • Good understanding of tradeoffs between declarative programming and custom APEX
  • Good understanding of Process Automation, Business process logic, and ability to design using documentation tools like Visio or Lucid Chart.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4-5 years of Salesforce Platform experience; hands-on keyboard, focus on declarative programming of processes
