As a Business Analyst in Performance Management, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into strategic insights that drive operational excellence across multiple lines of business. By leveraging your expertise in Alteryx and SQL, you will automate processes, develop comprehensive reports, and provide analytical insights that empower senior leadership to make informed decisions.
Job responsibilities

  • Run the Engine reporting and maintenance of said reports
  • Be responsible for the daily adherence in the scheduling system and off the phone activities exceptions entries
  • Monitor, track and report adherence results to upper leadership
  • Partner with the workforce management team to update records based on results from real-time intraday results
  • Facilitate sessions to educate all new hires on schedule and time management process; attend huddles, meetings and training sessions to discuss policy updates and address questions and concerns
  • Conduct ad hoc reporting for performance, audit and logistical requests as needed


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong analytical skills in providing communications and reporting of data regarding systems and processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong emphasis on Excel (e.g. pivot tables, graphing, charting)
  • Be Alteryx certified (Core or higher)
  • Ability to present and speak to large groups
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-directed, self-starting with a proven ability to set priorities among competing demands
  • Be flexible; ability to adapt quickly to new demands, challenges and boundaries


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience coding in various software languages
  • PowerPoint experience
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple issues at one time and able to work in a fast paced environment
