The Job:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Evaluate current business processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
  • Work with IT and other departments to design solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic goals.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Participate in the testing of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.

The Person:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Insurance/Financial Services Industry, with a focus on business analysis and/or system analysis.
  • Proven track record in specifying user requirements and managing User Acceptance Testing.
  • Proficiency in Scrum and Agile methodologies, with the ability to apply these frameworks to enhance project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with being organized, structured, assertive are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
  • Degree qualified, preferably in Business, Information Technology.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner & Salesforce cert is preferrable.
