We are looking for Business Analyst to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing automation opportunities within the Digital Frictionless Customer Journeys and Portals workstream.

Process Mapping: Analyze and document current processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement

Automation Opportunities: Propose and validate automation solutions to enhance efficiency in business processing like claims processing, etc.

Project Design: Plan and design AI automation projects in alignment with the product roadmap.

Collaboration: Work closely with the AI squad, product manager, and product owners to ensure agile project delivery

KPI Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as savings from automation, customer effort score, and STP%.

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with business units globally to understand their needs and ensure tailored solutions

Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to existing automation based on performance data and feedback

Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in AI and automation to inform strategic decisions.
