As a Business Analysis Specialists IV, you will be responsible in creating and maintaining business-led real time skill development content for delivery by agreed upon methods.
Job Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining business-led real time skill development content for delivery by agreed upon methods. Business-led Learning Content and Materials (Subject to collaboration with training organization)
- Maintain the Operations Readiness Academy (ORA) Site of their respective FCPS sub-groups. Conduct evergreen process to make sure that all business-initiated knowledge materials and contents are fresh and up-to-date. Provide ORA technical support and management.
- Involved in creating knowledge reinforcement, informational and instructional videos for Fraud & Customer Protection Services. Responsible for overseeing the planning, production, and editing of video related projects.
- Support and assist in creating business led training contents, huddle guides and simulations that focuses on Knowledge Reinforcement, Process/Business Updates and all other important information that the business needs to be discussed with the frontline teams.
- Responsible for cascading knowledge updates through various communication channels (email, MS Teams, etc.).
- Conduct quick assessment to targeted participants and provide data analytics.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Must be at least one year in current role in Fraud & Customer Protection Services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & cross - cultural skills
- Proficient PC skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Connect, SharePoint, etc.)
- Able to use technology and media appropriately.
- Demonstrates strong attention to details, ability to solve problems and think creatively.
- Must be able to prioritize workload, multi-task, and react quickly to consistently changing business expectations.
- Strong project management skills and capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams that span the entire organization
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related field and a portfolio of their work.
- Virtual training delivery or instructional design background
- Experience with video editing software and video production
- Experience with web design and development
Shift Schedule
Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends. Specific schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter. This position requires that you attend trainings as scheduled. Training hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
