Bring your expertise to the Regulatory Services Analytics & Reporting (RSAR) team which manages reporting for multiple line of business within Regulatory Operations, Credit Bureau Operations, Business Controls & Support, and Compliance Operations. As a Business Analysis I within Regulatory Services Analytics and Reporting, you will be responsible for the elicitation and creation of requirements for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new reports and modifications of existing reports. Additionally, you will be creating plans/timelines and managing them to complete the development and testing within the required timeframes. All this to enhance your personal career growth and responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Report Stakeholders and the RSAR Development Team to identify scope and create requirements for report changes and modifications
- Conduct Data Analysis of report data sources in collaboration with the Development Team to make report design decisions
- Create and update Business Requirements Documents and ensuring that requirements are testable and that are easily understood by all audiences, both technical and non-technical
- Work in collaboration with the Development Team and the Stakeholders to conduct unit testing as development is being completed
- Create UAT Test Plans and Test Scenarios utilizing Requirement and Tech Specs; obtaining applicable reviews and approvals
- Execute UAT Tests on the changes
- Manage defect bugs found in testing
- Ensure proper evidencing is captured to ensure documentation meets Governance and Audit standards
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a of Business Analyst or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience with UAT Testing
- Demonstrated experience conducting data analysis with ability to translate numbers into insights
- Minimum of 1 year of experience using Sequel based tools like AWS Snowflake and Teradata
- Minimum 2 years of hands on experience with tools such as Alteryx, SAS, SQL/PLSQL, VBA, Tableau, Python
- Experience with agile product development and software delivery lifecycle
- Must be an advance Microsoft excel user and be able to complete Pivot Tables and V-Lookups
- Effective communicator with excellent written communication skills to effectively communicate to all levels of stakeholders and management
- Attention to Detail - An acute attention to detail
- Ability to operate in a self-directed manner with strong desire to deliver superior results with urgency
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Strong knowledge of Consumer Banking
This is a hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) role based in either Columbus OH, Elgin IL, Plano TX, or Wilmington DE. This role does not offer relocation assistance or immigration sponsorship.
