Broadcast Radio Operations Support (corporate)
We're looking for a Broadcast Operations Manager to provide support, resources, and assistance to our markets. You'll work in a fast-paced, deadline-heavy environment to problem-solve and deliver solutions for our people and brands. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, technical aptitude, and soft people skills.
Responsibilities
- Daily downloading, editing, and delivery of audio, promos, and show segments.
- Verifying audio has been delivered to markets on time.
- Verifying completion of shows and backing up of audio.
- Assisting local markets with a wide array of operational, technical, and programming tasks.
- Responding quickly to support tickets, troubleshooting the problem, and fixing the problem (or moving to the appropriate person).
- Creating new programming clocks (or updating) in GSelector and/or our automation platforms.
- Assisting key leadership in the administration and implementation of projects.

Qualifications
- Broadcast experience, television or radio (REQUIRED)
- Experience programming (REQUIRED)
- Audio editing expertise with adobe or audacity (REQUIRED)
- Ability to prioritize and focus under fast-paced pressure while managing multiple tasks and projects
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, editorially and technologically
- Proficiency in the use of digital technology, including online publishing platforms
- Must have great communication skills, obsessive attention to detail, and a sense of humor (We like to have fun!)
