SHIFT: Monday – Friday, 6:00pm to 2:00am or Monday – Friday, 2:00am to 10:00am.

ROLE SUMMARY: This is an experienced brewer and operator role on the Brewing Team responsible for the execution of daily brewing and ancillary tasks.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Proficient in all entry level cellar/brewhouse operations.

Responsible for beer production according to SOPs and within brewing specifications.
-
Reporting hazards, recommending corrective actions, helping with completion of action items.
-
Compliant PPE usage.
-
Sample beer for quality check purposes.
-
Logging and reporting results as indicated.
-
Monitoring processes and escalating issues to supervisors and managers.
-
Ability to routinely lift 50+lbs.
-
Ability to work in hot and cold environments.
-
Willing and able to work within loud, wet, and dusty environments.
-
Ability to traverse staircases, sustain occasional kneeling, bending, and stooping.
-
Ability to ascend and descend ladders and elevated platforms.
-
Attending requisite meetings (Safety Breakouts, Quarterly Meetings, Daily Shift Meetings, etc.).

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
-
Participation in Four Peaks events and committees.

Knowledge of all brands and specifications.

Frequently use strong communication skills to communicate amongst brewing team and other production departments (QA, packaging, warehouse, and maintenance).

Maintaining high performance standards through safe operations and quality standards.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-
21+ years of age.
-
Brewing degree or 1+ years’ work experience in a production related role.

General knowledge of brewing technology and equipment.

Knowledge of brewing processes and techniques.

Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
-
Basic computer skills required.

Flexibility to work all required shifts.
-
Works under general supervision with detailed instruction.
