The Branded Content position is a key player to build a relationship and bridge betweenour Sales and Content Teams and leading strategies that align with our clients’ needs. Below is a list of responsibilities of this position:
Help us build a strong and relatable brand for our members through relevant content strategies, always aiming for creative excellence, deep consumer understanding, and data/insights-driven mindset.
Represent Content services and amplify programs in sales-facing all hands, vertical meetings, and 1-1 meetings with Client Partners.
B2C Insight Hunter.
Lead and craft the editorial strategy, from calendar to execution in partnership with our agencies and the Community Team .
Materializing business goals into authentic, impactful and engaging editorial content .
Support our Sales lead on Creator inclusion and strategy .
Create framework to prove out success metrics for strong creative strategy at Kwai.
Manage our inbound request process & build efficiency around align and design-based requestsJob
Requirements
BA/BS degree or above
8+ years client facing experience in media, content, and/or sales partnerships
Fluent in Portuguese and English. Knowledge in Spanish and/or Mandarin is a plus
Ambition to positively impact global culture and the next generation of social media
Ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management
Ability to translate complex concepts into action plans and clear communications
History of developing and executing strategic frameworks that align with department, company and partner goals
Strategic, innovative thinker who is also operationally rigorous and detail-oriented
