What you’ll do:

The Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing (EMEA/Spain) will support the Director, Brand Marketing (EMEA/UK/MENA) in the strategy, planning and execution of marketing initiatives to drive increased awareness, consideration and usage of the Trade Desk platform. This role includes leading the coordination of complete holistic marketing programs in collaboration with events, product marketing, creative, editorial, and digital marketing as well as with the wider business and sales teams in the region.

· Collaborate with Global Campaigns team to communicate campaign strategy to EMEA Marketing function.

· Execute EMEA campaign delivery with support from Director, Brand Marketing and country brand leads on specific localisation.

· Drive EMEA campaign launches from inception to reporting. Partner with Digital Marketing team to track and optimise EMEA Campaign performance.

· Oversee EMEA Client gifting programme, including budget and stock management of merchandise.

· Collaborate with the broader marketing team to support the execution of 360 degree program launches in the Spain market.

· Develop deep expertise and trust as a subject matter expert in region specifically among Spanish clients and teams including Business Development and Client Services.

· Manage and execute industry sponsorships from contract negotiation through to success reporting. Collaborate with Spanish business team and events team to organize sales events such as client education days and roadshows.

· Manage Spanish brand marketing budget through planning, execution and delivery.

· Understand the impact of our marketing initiatives on business impact through qualitative feedback and quantative data including: lead funnel including inquiries, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to inform insights into the programs/channels that are driving conversions.

· Support the wider global brand team on broader regional marketing programs on an ad hoc basis, as they arise.

· Bring your ideas on process improvement, strategic marketing and creative initiatives to a smart, innovative and open team.

· Contribute to a team culture committed to working in an open, inclusive, clear way, developing and amplifying the activities and experiences that enable The Trade Desk to show up as leaders, innovators, and partners – in our industry and beyond

Who you are:

· 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience. Understanding of the programmatic advertising industry is a strong bonus.

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience creating and delivering marketing programs in line with larger marketing plans.

· Intellectually curious and comfortable diving into technical, complex, and nuanced topics.

· High EQ with the ability to build cross-functional relationships across large teams and thrive in fast-paced environment.

· Proficient in English and Spanish.

· Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, or similar tool.

· Based in Madrid area, with ability and willingness to travel to London.
