Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Brand Manager for our office in Stockholm.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and take firm ownership of the local brand development with a responsibility for P&L management including sales targets, media budget and margin improvement.  
  • Ensure global strategy implementation and give local input for strategic development.  
  • Drive the annual marketing and campagin planning cycle, including activation strategy and budget management while driving towards set growth targets. 
  • Execute marketing and campaign initatives and develop releveant assets, with high focus on digital channels.  
  • Secure efficient spend of marketing budget together with media agency.  
  • Develop and drive commercial projects together with key account managers.  
  • Set KPI’s. Measuring and reporting in-market and marketing campagin performance. 
Requirements

 Qualifications and education: 

  • University degree within business, marketing or equivalent 
  • Analytical skills and strong strategic insight in brand building  
  • Ideally experience with personal care / consumer health care brands in the pharmacy channel 
  • Digital marketing competence/experience/interest 
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 
  • Fluent in Swedish and English oral and written.

  • High business acumen, with a strong orientation towards consumers, customers, and channels, including E-commerce. 
  • Highly ambitious, with a proactive, problem-solving attitude towards business opportunities and challenges. 
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements, technical product functions and communication of product benefits.  
  • High level of change and learning agility, coupled with a desire for continuous learning and development. Performance driven, team orientated, collaborative style combined with a clear responsibility for delivery and results. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to translate complex analysis into persuasive recommendations and to tailor for multiple different audiences.
