Job Purpose
Shumitect has been one of the most successful brands in Oral Care (Paste)market. Our market share has been no.1 in the past 8 years, with the growth rate average 7% (vs market average 3%) The brand uniquely offers “Care for sensitive teeth” and keeps delivering the products to innovate the category. And most importantly the brand strength is rooted at the equity of “Dentist recommended brand “While, we are keeping the leadership position in market, there still is an enormous potential to untap the penetration of sensitivity sufferers. The job is to keep driving the high growth of the brand working closely with the other functions, and with global team on brand strategy and brand development.
Key Responsibilities

Goal: Deliver sales, market share & profit targets of Shumitect Brand by developing commercialization plans that achieve brand and sales targets.

Strategy development : Contribute to develop strategies via RGM (Repeatable Growth Model) and LRP (Long Range Planning 3-year cycle) process by fully understanding and driving where-to-play / how-to-win choices.

Innovation: Lead & drive innovation process to achieve our business goals and deliver innovation sales targets.

Communication & Media and activation: Contribute to develop communication & media strategy with Media/Digital Lead ensuring the 360 approaches in com, and an integrated approach (off/online) in media. Lead to develop local relevant programs.

Partner with CSM (Customer Shopper Marketing) team to firm up the in-store and KA collaborations, to full influences the shopper at POS.

Partner with Expert team (Dentist marketing) to firm up the expert plan reflecting the brand strategy, and full maximize the dentist endorsement.

Manage global/regional/BU (business unit) stakeholders: Work closely with the key stakeholders focusing on the local consumer insights, business drivers to develop the brand strategies ensure successful execution.

English: Business level including speaking ability to deal with global team
Brand Marketing Experience 3-5 years minimum, preferably fast-moving consumer goods
