Let’s start with the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Manager who is passionate about sports, gaming, and our industry— and ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done.The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and aligning ongoing branding campaigns, coordinating with local market teams and ensuring brand identity is consistent across all touchpoints.
This role also involves actively monitoring campaign performance and working closely with various stakeholders to deploy innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing digital branding efforts, and adjusting creative assets and messaging as needed.
We're looking for someone who is committed, responsible, humble yet driven—someone who can proactively dive into competitor analysis, support key sponsorship activations campaigns, and provide regular updates on brand performance and broader advertising and industry trends. All while striving to make Betano the number one gaming brand in the region.
As a Brand Manager – Europe, you will:
- Review and align ongoing branding campaigns with business objectives;
- Check in with local market teams to discuss campaign performance and upcoming needs;
- Assess consistency of brand identity across all touchpoints and flag any misalignment;
- Conduct initial scans of competitor activities and market trends;
- Coordinate with the internal Research team to analyse brand tracker findings;
- Identify emerging opportunities or challenges for the brand;
- Work with local markets on developing innovative marketing campaigns;
- Ensure digital branding campaigns are optimized and running effectively;
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to adjust creative assets or messaging as needed;
- Assess ongoing sponsorship assets and their impact on brand visibility;
- Support local markets in leveraging sponsorships to drive engagement;
- Align with multiple stakeholders on key projects to ensure consistency;
- Resolve any bottlenecks that may impact brand execution;
- Review the effectiveness of online brand marketing campaigns on all digital platforms;
- Adjust strategies based on performance data and audience engagement;
- Ensure all creative assets are optimized and consistent with brand guidelines;
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors’ branding strategies and activations;
- Document key findings and share insights with the internal team;
- Provide updates on brand performance, key achievements, and challenges;
- Ensure all reporting and documentation are up to date.
What you’ll bring:
- A University Degree in any field, with additional training in marketing and branding;
- 3-5 years of experience as a B2C brand manager for a mass market brand, either within the iGaming industry, FMCG, SMCG or CPG;
- Expertise in managing communication campaigns across both online and offline touchpoints;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Comprehensive understanding of creative processes and techniques—including those used on digital platforms;
- Experience in managing marketing research results;
- Strong attention to detail and strategic planning abilities;
- Professional command of the English language, both written and spoken;
- Additional languages such as German, Spanish or Portuguese are a plus.
