Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

More about this role
In this role you'll be responsible for Oreo, one of the most playful biscuit brands.
You will:

  • Manage the complex brand portfolio linked to brand projects
  • Support Senior Brand Manager in the Strategic & Financial Planning Process
  • Collaborate with agencies, central equity & innovation teams, other functional teams
  • Develop Integrated Marketing Communication and Planning (yearly or campaign based)
  • Brief and execute activations (e.g.: Facebook/online, TV copy adaptation/development, initiate massive sampling and activation)
  • Continuously following up current business performance, manage numbers, stakeholders, and propose gap closing actions
  • Responsible for budget


Qualification / skills:

  • University degree, preferred in Business and Marketing
  • min. 3-5 years marketing experience with a high skill level in all aspects of FMCG marketing mix
  • Experience in marketing with a mix of ATL & promotions experience
  • Experience on brand building, activation & product launches
  • Ability to work independently
  • Organizing and problem solving skills
  • Analytical and structured thinking
  • Having a can do attitude and driving for result attitude
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple & diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient English language skills
  • Ideally have some people management experience
