As brand designer, you’ll work on bringing our existing brand to life through various digital marketing materials and guiding the evolution of our brand standards, system, and direction. Your contributions will be key in helping us distinguish and define ThreeFlow as the brand leader in our category. You’ll inspire others to think creatively and critically about everything we produce. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, enjoys developing solutions within constraints, and is passionate about working with a fast-paced team. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.
About the role
- Design and maintain templated assets and layouts for our website, newsletters, marketing emails, landing pages, presentations, infographics, and other digital materials.
- Manage and maintain the process for designing and ordering conference and company swag.
- Create and edit videos for ThreeFlow webinars, social media, and product launches, and more. Video editing support is available.
- Conceptualize, create, and strengthen our brand imagery: illustrations, iconography, photography, style guides, and templates.
- Work with cross-functional partners to gather and translate business requirements into creative and intuitive cross-marketing campaigns, including all collateral, display, communications, and advertising.
- Establish and fine-tune our marketing design process and explore new ways to showcase the ThreeFlow brand, internally and externally.
- Bring others through your process and articulate a clear rationale for how you (and the team) landed on a solution, connecting your ideas to business goals and audience insights.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors as needed.
About you
- 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably at an in-house design team for a product-driven business, preferably for a SaaS or B2B startup.
- Experience with branding, image editing, video editing, web layout design, data design, iconography, color theory, typography, campaign design.
- Proficiency using design tools to translate ideas into high-fidelity assets that can be shared easily (we use Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Workspace). Proficiency in creating slick animations and/or gifs is a plus.
- Proven ability to present ideas and concepts through presentations and mood boards and explain rationale that also includes product, business, and industry knowledge.
- Proven ability to balance multiple projects and pivot when priorities shift.
You must provide a resume and link to a portfolio or PDF of relevant work samples to be considered for this role. Portfolio should showcase brand, marketing campaigns, and/or advertising projects executed across multiple channels.
