The Brand & Content Manager for OTC and Tail Products will develop and execute strategies and omnichannel plans to optimize sales potential for a portfolio of products. The role will mainly focus on the Norwegian market but will also cover Denmark when needed. The position reports to Head of Marketing and Digital, Norway & Denmark.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop marketing materials, omnichannel strategies and digital content for a range of products.

  • Execute marketing activities, evaluate results, and implement actions needed to achieve goals.

  • Drive sales and promotional efforts for OTC products (prescription-free products targeting patients) including Viagra Reseptfri

  • Promote established Tail end products (established, prescription products) with digital-first activities aimed at Health Care Professionals.

  • Conduct market analyses, forecasts, and budgets.

  • Propose and adjust forecasts, budgets, and strategic actions throughout the year.

  •  Ensure alignment with the company’s broader objectives and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with pharmacy chains to plan activities, evaluate results, and initiate actions. 

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong initiative, reliability, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.

  • A relevant educational background. (Minimum bachelor's in marketing/ digital or equivalent scientific degree

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industries.

  • Ability to speak and write in English and Norwegian fluently.
