POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Chapter Lead, Communications, this strategic role will be responsible for customer communications for Cogeco and Breezeline across North America.

We are looking for a Brand & Base Communication Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. This role is responsible for creating data-driven communication strategies deployed across multiple channels to support the company's key objectives.

The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile environment, developing personalized communications and analyzing campaign performance. Responsibilities include all aspects from briefing to delivery, including writing and reviewing formats and content, all while ensuring deadlines and brand guidelines are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop end-to-end customer communications that are engaging, personalized, and aligned with marketing and product strategies while maintaining consistency with the Cogeco and Breezeline brands across all channels.

  • Drive the execution of marketing campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring collaboration with internal stakeholders and adherence to internal processes.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on various programs and tactics that will support sales opportunities or new revenue streams based on established objectives.

  • Develop communication strategies with multiple touchpoints to promote different programs or products to customers.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project delivery processes and ensure continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

  • Develop plans, tracking documents, and campaign frameworks to effectively manage programs and keep project team members informed.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar marketing role.

  • Experience in telecommunications is an asset.

  • Experience in brand management, multi-channel campaigns and marketing projects.

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

  • Passion for the customer experience, understanding the importance of branding and different touchpoint sequences.

  • Manage complex transformation projects from the ground up (data collection, briefing, execution, tracking, optimization).

  • Strong strategic thinking with analytical skills and good decision-making abilities.

  • Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking in a fast-paced, results driven environment. A self-starter.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
