We are seeking to expand our team with a talented marketer who will support merchandising and quality control within our branches, managing issue remediation to ensure high-quality execution.
As a Branch Merchandising Senior Associate within the Consumer Bank, you will be part of our high-profile branch transformation initiative and will be essential in helping us maintain strong quality control in our branches. You will work with our agency and other partners in real estate, campaign management, and the branches. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure we deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
Job responsibilities:

  • Support branch merchandising fixture placement and optimization, ensuring adherence to documented standards and evolving standards as necessary.
  • Work with the agency to identify themes/issues they find in post-installation merchandising to ensure it complies with approved floor plans.
  • Ensure creative is appropriately installed and that branch-managed content meets our creative and control standards.
  • Develop and oversee remediation plans to address issues.
  • Manage cost and resources effectively, identifying better ways of executing efficiently and eliminating unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Promote a strong control environment to evaluate and manage our current controls and procedures; develop preventative processes to strengthen our framework.
  • Prepare for and present strategy and program performance.
  • Travel to conduct on-site branch visits.


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 4-year degree in Marketing, Retail, or Business Management.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including either working at or with external marketing agencies or as part of a retail organization.
  • Develops strong partnerships; leads through collaboration; recognized as a team player.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results.
  • Experienced in marketing strategy and campaign program management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines.
