The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the appropriate bookkeeping day to day records in order to support the effective provision of high-quality accounting services across the business.

The primary responsibilities of this job include:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
• Manage bank and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Responsible for Account Payable – processing new vendors (local and foreign), recording invoices and preparing payments.
• Support in VAT and ITA reporting.
• Prepare the trial balance and supporting documentation (WP) for the monthly , quarterly, and yearly closing process and reconciliation.
• Manage accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis.
• Provide support during financial audits and Sox audits.
• Manage intercompany entries and reconciliations.
• Review and process expense reimbursements and travel reports.
• Suggest, develop, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent; some college education emphasis in Finance or Accounting highly preferred
• 3 years of experience in a global High-tech company.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and high attention to details, independent.
• Strong experience in Microsoft applications, particularly MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
• Experience in NetSuite - Strong advantage.
• Strong verbal reading and written English skills.
• Team player and service oriented.
