What You’ll Do:
- Oversee accounts payable (AP) by processing vendor invoices, managing the approval workflow, and ensuring timely payments to both local and international vendors.
- Manage the payment process.
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR) by issuing invoices, tracking payments, and updating records.
- Handle collections, follow up on overdue accounts, maintain customer communication, and resolve payment issues.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain financial records and reports for Israeli authorities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (monthly VAT reports and yearly reports 126, 856).
- Assist in preparing end-of-month (EOM) procedures, including monthly P&L, accruals, and quarterly and monthly reports.
- Support the external audit process.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping – preferably in a tech company
- Certified Bookkeeper (level 2 - level 3 is a plus).
- Experience with NetSuite.
- Fluent English - written and spoken.
- Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task.
