We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records including suppliers, banking, issuing cheques, petty cash, employee expenses (Israel and overseas).

Responsibilities

• Receipts – processing invoices for payments
• Ensure that invoice and purchase order match
• Global Suppliers management
• Preparing reports
• Reconcile employee expense reports
• Credit card expenses
• Payment to travel agencies
• Utilize the appropriate accounting software to manage and automate financial tasks when relevant.
• Work in accordance to the company’s guidelines, code of ethics and regulatory rules
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Requirements

• 1-3 years pf experience as a bookkeeper
• Bookkeeper Certificate #2
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience with Priority system- advantage
• Experience with Netsuite system- advantage
• English- Fluent
