We are currently seeking outstanding candidates for 2025 summer internships in our R&D Center in Wilmington, Delaware
We are looking for driven and creative summer interns to conduct research in the following areas.

Bio-derived polymer research applications development
-
Study of biodegradability of bio-derived polymer in waste streams
-
High-throughput method development for enzyme formulation
-
Development of novel enzymes for bio-derived polymer formation
Qualifications:
-
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Biotechnology or a related field

Have completed your sophomore year of undergrad education and will continue your education in the fall
-
Can work in an interdisciplinary scientific setting
-
High level of initiative and the ability to work in a team environment

Exhibit exceptional analytical instrumentation skills
-
Ability to document results, analyze data, draw conclusions, and communicate findings

Familiarity with theoretical and practical aspects in related area
Our Wilmington R&D Center offers an intensive 10-week science and engineering internship program, in which interns develop key projects and take part in a variety of learning activities. Your summer experience will go beyond a single department or lab with exposure to a broad range of scientific disciplines. At the end of the summer program you will deliver a presentation of your ideas, results, and conclusions, thereby developing practical real-life skills. Our interns are paid a competitive hourly rate and are responsible for their own housing and transportation for the summer.
