Ihre Aufgaben

• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Fermentationen im Reinraumbereich der Klasse D
• Zellernte und Zellaufschluss
• Verschiedene Filtrationstechniken
• Aseptisches Arbeiten unter Laminar-Flow-Werkbänken
• Durchführung von Inprozesskontrollen (Bestimmung von pH und Leitfähigkeit, Absorptionsmessung, Endotoxin-Bestimmung, Bestimmung optischer Dichte, Mikroskopieren)
• Vor- und Nachbereitung von Produktionskampagnen
• Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung und Kalibrierung von Geräten
• GMP-gerechte Dokumentenerstellung und Dokumentation 

Ihr Profil

• AGC Biologics sucht BTA, CTA, Pharma- oder Chemiekanten, Chemie- oder Biologielaboranten für das Produktionsteam in Heidelberg (alternativ Bachelor oder vergleichbarer Abschluss)
• Technische Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse der chromatographischen Aufreinigung von Proteinen oder/und der mikrobiellen Fermentation sind wünschenswert
• Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sind uns wichtig
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im Drei-Schicht-System während Produktionskampagnen (auch am Wochenende und an Feiertagen möglich)
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Gültige Aufenthalts- und Arbeitserlaubnis
