Job Description

BryceTech is looking for an experienced Billing/Program Control Specialist who is responsible for the accounts receivable function, including complete set-up and management of contract billing and receivables tracking. In addition, assist in the development of the staffing plan and budget for specified contracts.

Responsibilities will include: 

• Generation of monthly AR invoices
• Support with month end close procedures,
• Direct communication with external clients and internal management
• Project budgets and project planning
• Process subcontractor vendor invoices

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting and 5+ years of relevant billing and program control experience
• Experience with Unanet Financials is required
• Knowledge in various contract award types
