Red Hat’s Order To Invoice Team is looking for a Level 3 Billing Support Specialist in the Raleigh, NC area. In this role, you will be managing all levels of order processing, including validations, triages, exceptions, and credits & amp; rebooks. As a Billing Support Specialist, you will need to have excellent communication skills through written and verbal channels with customers and internal stakeholders. You will report directly to the Manager of the Order To Invoice Team and work cross-functionally with the North America Accounting, Finance, Sales and Sales Operations, and Legal teams.


Responsibilities:
• Validate and book complex Channel partner and Direct customer orders.
• Process credit & rebooks for Direct customer orders.
• Terminate subscription contracts.
• Submit Direct customer invoices via customer portals or email.
• Process complex internal and external customer inquiries.
• Participate in UAT testing for system implementations.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Ops, and other Accounting groups in the running of the daily
operations and ensuring compliance with policies and controls.


Required Skills:
• 2+ years of Order Management experience.
• Experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment under deadline pressures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence decisions and drive change.
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with Oracle R12 and Salesforce is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $23.35 - $36.18. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
