POSITION SUMMARY:
The Billing Specialists’ primary responsibility is to process all accounts receivable. Handles administrative functions to include, but are not limited to processing all service billings, running reports, data entry, mailings and filings for our Central office. *This position is based in our corporate headquarters in Dublin, OH.
COMPENSATION: $25.00 - 26.00 /hour
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Billing or Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable experience preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processes Service and Preventive Maintenance billings for clients
- Running required reports for review and distribution to the Administrative Director and VP of Ops
- Including weekly production meeting reports
- Month end billing/PO reports
- Assist in mailings and electronic filing.
- Assist with collection calls for past due invoices.
- Address and solve client questions and issues.
- Updates A/R notes
- Ensure customer PO’s are up to date and monitored for funds.
- Receive vendor invoices to be processed for payment.
- Assists with issuing Purchase orders to technicians.
- Coordinates all EFM tools (electronic facility management)
- SAMPro
- Client web-based systems (tracking, updates, submissions etc.
- Maintain equipment and material lists in SamPro Database as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED POSITION KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Economics and Accounting — Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
