In this dynamic role, you’ll work directly with carriers, agents, employers, and policyholders to manage your own caseload while maintaining high standards for efficiency and accuracy.
Your Impact:
- Process bill payments and policy updates with precision, ensuring every client interaction is handled smoothly and professionally.
- Take ownership of your caseload, consistently meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and setting new benchmarks in service excellence.
- Partner with talented colleagues across departments to deliver top-notch service for our Premium Accounting clients.
- Contribute to exciting company-wide initiatives, including system upgrades, special projects, and customized services for new clients.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, tackling multiple assignments with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
- Expand your expertise and share valuable insights with the team, playing a crucial role in our continuous improvement journey.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Excel Proficiency: Experience in using Excel to manage data and reports with ease.
