POSITION OVERVIEW
The Specialist, Sales Enablement will contribute to a national team that is focused on equipping the front-line, ensuring end to end oversight of the of the loan journey, with standard processes, tools, resources, and the learning and development program needed to improve productivity and efficiency, drive business growth, and foster an exceptional customer experience. The team plays a critical role in enabling integration between business and support functions to improve the frontline experience, eliminate complexity, increase end-to-end productivity, and ensure a world-class customer experience.
The candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional, national, and complex initiatives from the stages of needs analysis, project development, to deployment. The Specialist will have expertise in cross-functional project management and excellent stakeholder management skills. Based on their understanding of support functions throughout the organization, including but not limited to: IT, marketing, human resources, etc., the candidate will design integrated and viable solutions. A comprehensive understanding BDC's financial services and operations are a critical factor in the candidate's success.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop, execute, optimize and evaluate sales processes and related tools.

Lead projects and/or initiatives including: development, execution and delivery, management of internal and external resources, stakeholders, and oversight of all phases of the project journey to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Build relationships based on trust to ensure effective stakeholder management, align regional teams, business lines and corporate functions in the development and deployment of projects, initiatives and communications

Analyze and leverage data to identify innovation opportunities that will create the sales force of the future

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor effectiveness to demonstrate productivity/efficiency gains for the front line

Demonstrate expert stakeholder management skills to influence senior leaders to determine the optimal strategy to achieve project objectives

Act as a subject matter expert and resource when it comes to processes, tools, and systems
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Masters is an asset
-
Experience in a business center management role, account managers, all revenue-facing roles, project management and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies and technologies in each of these areas

Acts as a leader, inspires and motivate stakeholders to achieve project objectives

Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches

Ability to convey information clearly and concisely, and to listen actively

Innovative and proposes new ideas to improve existing processes

Builds strong internal relationships between support functions and the front line

Adaptability and flexibility to adjust to changes and unforeseen events.

Experience in project management such as planning and managing resources to meet deadlines and budgets.

Strong problem solving skills and identifies problems quickly and find effective solutions.

A Green Belt certification is an asset
