The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As an LATAM Administrative/Legal Analyst (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Providing administrative support to LATAM Legal team based across the region, mainly in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Costa Rica
• Being responsible for the relationship within the external law firms across the LATAM Region, including making payments
• Assisting the LATAM lawyers in designing and implementing administrative solutions for the legal activities for the Solventum team to succeed in a sustainable and compliant way
• Performing a variety of data and information management activities under the supervision of Solventum Legal Affairs attorneys, managers, and/or supervisors
• Gathering, organizing, administering, and/or managing information, contracts, templates, databases and interactions with outside counsel

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• University Degree or advance Student
• At least 3 years of Experience performing tasks as described in a law firm or the legal department of a company
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese will be a plus)
• Proactive approach
• Additionally, ability to communicate in one or more languages other than Spanish and English (such as Portuguese) is nice to have, but not required

Work location: Hybrid (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Wroclaw (GSC) at least 2-3 days per week)
