Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of the Lendbuzz loan process to expertly guide customers through each phase, from initial inquiry to final approval.
  • Deliver exceptional support to customers throughout the entire loan process, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience.
  • Partner effectively with our underwriting, funding, and operations teams, coordinating efforts to streamline loan transactions and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese is essential for engaging with our diverse clientele.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success is essential, an automotive sales focus is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the capability to work independently while contributing to the team’s overall success.
