Are you a technically skilled and high-performing Biddable Account Director looking for your next big opportunity?

Do you thrive on using your expertise in Google Ads, SA360, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and other platforms to drive growth and innovation? Are you ready to lead strategy and execution across PPC and Paid Social for Barclays UK’s flagship products, including Current Accounts, Mortgages, and Business Banking?

At OMD UK, the London hub of the world’s largest media network, we help iconic brands make better marketing decisions, faster. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of performance marketing for one of the UK’s most high-profile clients.

You’ll lead the implementation of testing and learning (T&L) roadmaps, optimize platform performance, and collaborate with data science teams to integrate MMM insights that drive measurable results. This is a highly technical role, requiring expertise in Performance Optimization, automation, audience segmentation, attribution modelling, and an ability to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns for a range of performance goals.

You’ll also lead a team of PPC and Social specialists, ensuring innovation and best practices across channels, while building strong relationships with media owners, senior client stakeholders, and internal teams.

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of scaling media spend, delivering ROI, and pushing boundaries in performance marketing.
