You'll lead a diverse team of business analysts, data analysts, and engineers, serving as the primary technical expert for our BI team. What you’ll be working on

You'll drive our data strategy while leading a high-performing team:

• Lead the Business Intelligence Team, providing technical guidance across our modern data platform
• Shape and deliver our APAC business intelligence and data strategy
• Guide senior leaders on new business initiatives and strategic projects
• Manage cross-functional teams across data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and analytics
• Drive innovation using technologies like Snowflake, DBT, Power BI, and Thoughtspot
• Ensure smooth data operations and champion efficient processes
• Collaborate with project teams to align priorities and resources

What will help you be successful?

You're a technical leader who thrives on developing both systems and people.

• Experience leading BI technical teams and managing stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud technologies
• Expertise with modern development practices, CICD, and Infrastructure as Code
