We are seeking a passionate and skilled BI Developer to join our innovative team. 🎯 Role: As a BI Developer, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Your work will drive data-based decision-making and empower our teams to improve outcomes for our clients and organizations.

📍 Location: Remote (Denmark 🇩🇰 or United States 🇺🇸).

🙋‍♂️ About You: We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for data and visualization. Proficiency in Tableau and SQL is essential, along with the ability to analyze complex datasets and build user-friendly dashboards. Experience in ETL processes, statistical analysis, and other BI tools is a plus.

🛠️ Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to support various business functions.
• Collaborate with the director of research and outcomes, and tech team, to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
• Translate clinical indicators and key metrics into actionable dashboards and data visualizations.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices for Tableau and other relevant BI tools.
• Document processes, dashboards, and reporting methodologies for future reference.
• Evaluate and enhance BI tools and processes to improve data-driven decision-making capabilities.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Tableau (certification is a plus!).
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

🛠️ Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
• Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView, Looker) is advantageous.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.

💵 Compensation

• Competitive salary starting at $60,000 annually
