As a Benefit Administrator, you will contribute to our mission driven company by administering benefits to the beneficiaries of deceased workers and providing the necessary information and information to support the families affected by their loss. Responsibilities & Qualifications
As a Benefit Administrator, you can expect to:

Administer benefits to the beneficiaries of deceased workers, including verifying eligibility, processing claims, and adjusting benefits as needed, in compliance with applicable statute and rules.

Develop and execute strategic action plans for claims progression, identifying at-risk claims and applying appropriate intervention strategies.

Maintain accurate and thorough claim documentation, including reserve updates and timely completion of required filings.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including employers, beneficiaries, and representatives, addressing inquiries within established timeframes.
The successful candidate must have:

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Up to two years office experience or equivalent education, training, or experience.
-
A current Texas workers' compensation or all lines adjuster license.
Texas Mutual Pay Transparency
The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Your recruiter can discuss the full value of our total compensation package with you, including our generous bonus plans and flex-hybrid work model.
Base Pay Range: $24.67 - $30.47 Per Hour
Flex-Hybrid Work Environment:
Texas Mutual’s flex-hybrid schedule allows you to bring your best self to work by working remotely and collaborating in the office based on business needs. All Texas Mutual employees are required to have Texas residency and travel to their designated office as needed.
