Hours: M-F 7:00a-3:00p

Salary range for this position is $75,000 – $95,000

Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in our Trumbull Location. The BCBA will be responsible for the daily management of their assigned caseload in a public-school setting, providing services to children who have social, behavioral, and/or academic needs. As a BCBA, you will work to implement each student’s educational and behavioral programs. You will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analyses to develop function-based intervention plans, analyze data to inform decision about progress and programming, work cooperatively with stakeholders, and write assessments and IP reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst or similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of appropriate referral procedures.
  • The ability to remain composed and adherent to best practices, even when under duress.
  • Valid driver’s license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, experience using Therap a plus!
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, or a similar field required.
  • Masters’ Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Education, or a related field with ABA coursework preferred.
  • Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others.
