As part of our global team, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) Team Leader or Manager for the EMEA region to drive strategic initiatives and help accelerate pipeline build for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the EMEA & APAC BDR teams, ensuring alignment with global business development goals.

  • Report directly to the Global Head of Business Development based in New York, providing regular updates on regional activities and performance.

  • Utilize expertise in BDR leadership to drive effective outreach strategies, focusing on multi-step campaigns and sequences to engage institutional investors.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and value prop positioning and tailor outreach efforts to meet regional requirements.

  • Leverage experience in career development to mentor and support team members, fostering professional growth within the organization.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in BDR leadership, with a track record of successfully managing teams to performance

  • Extensive knowledge of sequences and multi-step outreach campaigns, demonstrating the ability to drive impactful engagement.

  • Background in selling products or services to institutional investors, particularly in the data, sustainability, climate, ESG data, research and proxy voting services space.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a global team and assist and train the BDR team on proper engagement with prospective clients.

  • Preferred experience in assisting individuals in progressing in their careers, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
