About The Role
As a Barista/Office Assistant at Mochi Health, you’ll be responsible for making mornings at our HQ a bright, friendly, clean and welcoming experience for our team. That includes stocking our snack area and fridges each morning, answering the door/receiving packages, making coffee and doing some light cleaning after lunch before the end of the day. You’ll be a full-time employee and receive full benefits, with your core hours being 8am to 2pm Monday through Friday, onsite at our San Francisco Headquarters.
What You’ll Do
- Make delicious espresso drinks
- Stock the small kitchens and fridges
- Clean Dishes/Small trashes after lunch hour
- Answer the door, greeting guests, collecting mail and receiving packages
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience working as a Barista at local coffee shops. (Familiarity with La Marzocco Espresso machines are a plus)
- Willing and able to work in office five days a week (with paid time off)
- Willing and able to tackle more physically demanding tasks such as restocking/cleaning
- Professional Organization/Communication skills

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, in addition to benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
