Job Description
The mission of an IT Risk OPC Officer is to ensure the realization of operational permanent control (control, oversight, reporting, and follow-up) within their entity.
This includes measuring and managing all operational risks linked to Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in accordance with the defined governance framework, as well as deploying and covering the IT Risk Management framework and Control Plan.
Main Tasks:
- Follow-up and reporting (figures, alerts, etc.) of IT recommendations implementation (IG/Regulator/external/Permanent Control actions) to meet objectives.
- Assist in reporting and preparation of regular IT risk and control committees.
- Ensure that procedures, control plans, methods, and tools are in place.
- Measure and analyze the efficiency of controls.
- Collect and critically analyze the results and action plans.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of core Information Security concepts related to Continuity, Cybersecurity, Governance, Risk & Compliance (equivalent to ISO 27000-series standards or similar).
- Previous experience using GRC & Audit tools and an understanding of audit processes and methodology.
- Proficient in IT tools: Word, PowerPoint, planner, etc.
- Experience working with IT control frameworks, including risk identification and reviewing audit evidence.
- Proficiency in English
