Job Description
We are looking for a Change Manager to join our team!
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency in IT delivery, focusing on processes, methods, skills, and tools.
- Drive change management strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Support issue resolution and ensure changes are effectively embedded into daily operations.
- Provide data-driven insights and performance metrics to prioritize actions and monitor progress.
- Manage the portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations, including those for C-level stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in similar roles within the IT sector.
- Strong background in Continuous Improvement initiatives management.
- Expertise in Project Management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in Change Management and fostering organizational transformations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in performance metrics evaluation.
- Experience in people and culture management within the IT sector.
- Proficiency in French.
- Proficiency in English.
