Job Description
- Manage and solve production incidents;
- Monitor applications and infrastructure in an effective way, compliant with the established SLA for all business lines;
- Contribute consistently to the continuous automation and improvement of existing procedures;
- Control load capacity for the applications;
- Manage backup data and ensure regular restoring tests;
- Contribute consistently to the continuous automation and improvement of existing procedures;
- Documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in similar roles;
- Good knowledge on both Linux and Windows environments;
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Shell, Python and/or PowerShell);
- Experience with JBoss, TomCat, Apache or IIS;
- Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server and/or MySQL);
- Experience with Infrastructure back-ups;
- Experience with monitoring tools (ideally Zabbix or Grafana);
- Basic understanding of DataStage TX and Java (preferred);
- English;
- French (plus).
