Job Responsibilities:
- Wealth Advisory – Engage Priority Banking customers by giving professional financial advice to customers by conducting fact finding, evaluating their financial needs and recommending customized life and general insurance schemes with the aim of achieving customer’s insurance objectives
- Business Development Execution – Formulate business development strategies and execute effective business plans to increase productivity and activity ratio among Private and Priority Banking RMs.
- Joint Marketing with RMs – Attend join marketing with RMs and assisting RMs initiating insurance conversation with suitable topics based on customers’ profile, addressing concerns, evaluating needs, provide customized product recommendations and closing deals
- RM Coaching - Engage RMs proactively in discussions about advisory process, product and idea generation by interacting closely with the RMs, to ensure RMs are fully skilled to provide professional insurance advice, manage negotiations, objection handling and expanding the reach to customers’ family members
- Product and Service Briefing – Explain insurance products and service features, provide new product presentation commentary to ensure RMs are fully up to date with all products.
- Post Sales Review– Provide continuous after sales service to customers by conducting regular reviews to ensure customer’s insurance objectives are met.
- Client Insurance Seminar Presentation – Prepare and present client wealth seminars, answer all Q&As, with the purpose of generating new leads for RMs by giving customers new ideas from the seminars.
- Align portfolios suggestion with panel insurers, and continuously update oneself on latest insurance product offerings in the market.
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree and/or diploma with proven track record of sales achievement
- Possess professional insurance related certification will be added advantage.
- Min 3 years of relevant experience in financial/investment/insurance field.
- Deep understanding of insurance advisory for high net worth clients, with the focus on supporting insurance products, wealth management solutions, and Regional Wealth Management business plan.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Personable, approachable, collaborative, managerial
