Summary
We are currently seeking a Sales Manager, RTW who will report to the Vice President of Wholesale, Americas.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
The Sales Manager, RTW is responsible for the management and supervision of the Men’s and Women’s Ready to Wear categories for all Americas wholesale accounts.
S/He maintains and develops relationships with major accounts.
S/He supports the VP of Wholesale on strategic initiatives and Department’s projects.
Job Description
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Responsible for executing all account specific strategies regarding Men’s and Women’s RTW categories
- Cultivate active dialogue with buyers regarding product and brand positioning; develop action-oriented proposals
- Identify and achieve targeted sales goals through the conception of sales projects and review of sales analysis at weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis
- Supervise the training of sales staff on the brand, collection, and visual merchandising
- Attend showroom campaigns in support of seasonal markets
- Responsible for management of order entry and processing as well as generating reorders as required
- Conduct recurrent and ad-hoc analysis in relation to categories business performance
- Drive the development of talents within the department and focus on skillset growth of direct reports
- Maintain and develop relationships with major accounts
- Partner with the VP of Wholesale on strategic initiatives and Department’s projects
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must have experience managing large department store accounts, including established contacts in department stores buying departments
- Knowledge of Fashion Industry and market trends
- Understanding of Sales and Performance KPIs
- Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization
- Good digital and IT skills, including MS Office
- Excel expert
- Ability to travel on a frequent basis (30%)

- Communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive work environment while respecting brand values and behaviours
COMPENSATION
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $95,000 USD to $110,000 USD.
