What is your mission?
You will learn the domain of digital intelligence while acquiring a good perception of our business objectives.
We provide the necessary tools and solutions for Forensic Examiners, Police Officers, and Detectives to connect the dots through our technology in crime investigations, protect and save lives, accelerate justice, and ensure data privacy.
You will take full ownership of leading a team in delivering features from design through implementation, and you will be working together with stakeholders and other team leaders in order to bring great value to our customers.
As we modernize our tech stack, you will need to bring your experience to the whiteboard while we set our target architecture and future tech roadmap.
What you’ll love about your mission?
Development Team Leader of a market-leading product in the Path Finder world: Path Finder Application.
Responsible for the full development lifecycle from design to production phase.
Deliver high-quality features with high automation coverage, and be part of an Agile Scrum multi-geographic team.
What are the superpowers we are looking for?
- 7+ years of experience, At least 3 years of experience leading a Backend development team.
- At least 5 years of experience as a developer.
- Proven success delivering high-quality distributed systems with complex requirements in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in C#.
- Experience in Microservices architecture.
- Experience with building AWS/Azure cloud-based systems.
- Excellent critical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management skills.
- Good collaboration and managerial skills.
- Superb communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Knowledge of Postgres and Elastic Search – an advantage.
