This program requires a Program Manager to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across geographies to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead our back-office modernization program worldwide. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the transition to our target back-office system SAP S/4, called BOLD program, leveraging their expertise in managing multiple countries programs across multiple products. The geographical scope is Asia, North America, South Latam, Europe and Africa.
For the context: the program started 5 years ago and now accelerating with senior leadership support, you will drive the program delivery efficiency improvement and scale-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the BOLD program, from planning and design to execution and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and managing risks effectively.
- Coordinate and manage external vendors and consultants as necessary, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project milestones.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Communicate project updates, status reports, and key insights to stakeholders at all levels, facilitating transparency and alignment throughout the organization.
- Plan and engage with other applications to ensure end-to-end delivery of integrated applications
- Located in India, you will own the Business relationship with local business leaders to ensure alignment on roadmap
- Located in India, you will be the matrix manager for Back-office resources in India and will contribute to the DT&A presence increase to achieve building a South and South-East Asia center of excellence.

Hard Skills
- Strong Experience with complex program management
- Strong Experience with SAP S/4
- Strong Experience with SAP best practices, methodologies, and Architecture principles
- Understanding of agri-commodity business. Previous experience in the agriculture industry, with understanding of sector-specific challenges and opportunities plus be a plus
Soft Skills
- Both hands-on and strategic: can define long term plans as well as deep dive in specific topics in case of issues.
- Impeccable communication, lead by influence.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle many medium and long-term tasks.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field
Additional Information
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in project management, with a proven record of accomplishment of successfully leading implementations in complex organizational environments.
- The job will be in Gurugram, India at Louis Dreyfus Company offices.
