Location:
We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and Gurgaon. This position is based in Gurgaon. Candidates can work in our office and can work remotely from home.
About the role:
As the B2B Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand visibility, attract new business prospects, and generate leads. You'll leverage various digital channels such as email marketing, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to engage and convert potential clients. This role is pivotal in scaling our business and creating new revenue opportunities. This role reports to our Head of Global Licensing.
About you:
You are a self-starter, with experience in the video content or creative industries. You are someone who possesses a strong understanding of lead generation, email marketing, and social media strategies.
Day to day Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement a robust B2B lead generation strategy to drive traffic and leads for our video licensing business - Work closely with sales management on outbound strategies collaborate with BDR’s
  • Email Marketing: Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns targeting potential buyers, agencies, tv producers and other business clients
  • LinkedIn & Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to engage with target audiences and build relationships
  • Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including email copy, social media posts, blog content, and case studies
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns to optimize for conversions and ROI

You have: (aka Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the media, content, or licensing industry
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, email marketing, and social media strategies
  • Experience with LinkedIn as a marketing tool to build connections and generate leads
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing and email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach.io, Dripify, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM practices and analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling content
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure KPIs
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the video content or creative industries is a plus
  • Knowledge of video licensing and content distribution models
  • Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools for content creation
