About the team
Our APAC sales team is working with Distributor Partners, who are located in Japan, China, India, South Korea and Australia. Our main objective is to increase Chemaxon’s market share in the cheminformatics market segment through efficient sales and marketing support.
We have a long term fruitful relationship with our partners and we would like to maintain it in the future as well.
About your responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads from new and existing customers
- Work closely with Partner(s) on new sales opportunities for successful closing
- Support Partner(s) with various marketing activities like webinars and customer events
- Work closely with Partner(s) to manage and maintain leads, opportunities and customer data in Salesforce
- Support Partner(s) website update and make sure that the branding is coherent
- Make sure Partner(s) have all the necessary sales enablement materials and tailored trainings for successful product promotion and sales
- Organize events and trainings for the Partner(s) in the region
- Facilitate proper information flow between Partner(s) and stakeholder departments
- Support new product launches in various markets and help with coordination of early adopters for the assigned country/region
- Make sure/assist with effective onboardings regarding Chemaxon products and processes are provided for newcomers at the Partner(s)
- Analyze and report on performance with reporting and dashboards
- Coordinate with creative agencies and inhouse marketing team
- Contribute content creation for various sales funnel stages
- Suggest best practises for efficient marketing channels and content
Experience, skills and knowledge you should bring to us
- Self learner and strong ability to work independently
- At least 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing
- International business experience
- Ability to build long term, successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate sales business needs coming from the Partner(s) into actionable items for marketing, sales and product teams
Bonus skills that will help you hit the ground running
- Experience working in the software industry
- APAC market experience
- Japanese or Chinese language proficiency
