Position Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing Growth Marketing team. This role will have an emphasis on managing our sales and marketing events, ranging from regional in-person and digital events to national trade shows. In addition to events management, this role will also be skilled in digital promotions, helping to distribute, cross-promote, and share content across various channels from social media, email, internal comms, and more. You will be a key collaborator with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless execution. This will be a 3 month contract that may be extended.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Event Planning and Strategy: Research, strategize, and plan a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, workshops, and seminars. Align event goals with overall marketing objectives to maximize impact, including both corporate and regional field events.

  • Detail-Oriented Execution: Manage all aspects of event and promotions logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, registration processes, and materials production. Upload and manage lists into Pardot/Salesforce systems. Pay meticulous attention to details to ensure flawless execution and post-mortem/reporting..

  • In-Person and Digital Events/Webinars: Plan and coordinate both in-person and digital events to accommodate various audience preferences and ensure engagement across different platforms. Coordinate logistics, create project plans and workback schedules to ensure timelines are met. Coordinate logistics and technical requirements as needed.

  • Content Distribution: Coordinate content and promotions calendar to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across various platforms from website, social media, email, internal comms and more.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to develop content, messaging, and materials that align with brand and messaging strategies. Serve as coordinator of all materials, setting processes and adhering to timelines and getting stakeholder approvals through tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Google Suite.

  • Audience Engagement: Develop engaging event experiences that resonate with healthcare professionals, leveraging industry-specific knowledge to create relevant and valuable content.

  • Post Campaign Analysis: Analyze the success of events and campaigns, gather feedback, and compile insights. Track KPIs amd success metrics as well as lead flow and data management.

You'll be a good fit here if you are:

  • Passionate about health tech marketing and have a can-do attitude and willingness to both lead/execute a range of events and digital marketing activities with input from multiple stakeholders 

  • A detail oriented individual comfortable managing with strong project management skills. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines/deliverables at once

  • An excellent communicator and can document your processes and actions to keep other team members and vendors in the know about your successes, failures, and trials

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic start up environment

  • Creative, innovative, and motivated to design and build things where they do not already exist

  • An expert in your craft with a desire to continue learning, and pride in getting things done

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience and proven ability in a marketing role (health tech preferred), with a strong focus on both in-person and digital events

  • Proficiency in sales and marketing tools ranging from automation platforms such as Pardot/Hubspot, CRM (Salesforce), etc.

  • Experience managing and reporting key insights from corporate social media accounts 

  • Experience contributing to key metrics including MQL generation, pipeline generation, etc.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skills 

  • A curious, self-motivated team player with a sense of urgency and excitement to grow and learn 

  • Creativity in developing engaging event concepts and experiences.

  • Bonus points if you:

    • Have prior start-up and/or SaaS experience

    • Have experience working within the health and wellness space 

    • Understand the health benefits and/or broker landscape
